Therapy goals in weeks instead of years.

Intensive, Life Changing Psychotherapy. What do you do if you can’t wait for therapy to be effective? You don’t have years or even months. Too much is at stake. Maybe you have been written up at work or you are burned out. Maybe you have been unfaithful or just thought about it and you have to do something or your marriage will blow up. Maybe you’ve been single for way too long and it is time to move into a loving relationship.

In this new program we meet four days a week for one month. Meeting so frequently has an amplifying effect. The brain learns faster with frequent exposure. The foundation of the therapy is creating a mutually trusting, safe and caring relationship. That develops in days rather than weeks or months. The therapy proceeds at top speed.

For many people it is like having four years of therapy in a month. Not only have feelings and perspectives changed but also brain processes have changed. And that change continues to progress after the therapy ends just naturally.

Fast, Life Changing Psychotherapy is not for everyone. Is it right for you? Contact me for a screening interview.
