Burford Manor Nursing & Rehab Burford Manor is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Davis, OK. Cable television is provided in all rooms.

Burford Manor provides quality care and offers skilled nursing and rehabilitation services with private and semi-private rooms, and provides:

• Pain Control
• Special Diets

Burford Manor can house up to 73 long-term residents, and is dually certified for Medicare/Medicaid. Burford Manor provides daily activities for socialization and promotes physical and mental well-being. An on-site beauty salon is also provided to keep residents looking and feeling great. Burford Manor has received the MyInnerView Award in 2008, 2009 and 2010 for Customer Satisfaction and Workforce Satisfaction. This award has put Burford in the top 10% of Nursing Facilities in the U.S. This is an independent survey company which operates through the Oklahoma Health Care Athority. We have also received "The Consumer's Research Council of America" award for "Top Nursing Homes in the United States". This award was received for 2008, 2009 and 2010.
