We were all born on this earth as one whole being. But life happens. Trauma happens as we grow up, and that causes us to have little splits within us which lead us into having self-hatred. What we’re trying to do here is get all of these split ends together and become whole again. I know I still have a long way to go, but I’m learning each day through self-discipline. Practicing self-love is a life long journey. But please remember, the person you’ll be spending THE REST OF YOUR LIFE with is yourself ✨

I am forever grateful to for introducing me to Yoga 🙏🏼

Excuse my French! But I really wanted to emphasize on this Mantra. Don’t waste your time and energy trying to control what others think of you. It’s not yours to be in charge, it’s theirs. So drop that ego! Instead, try to change how you perceive yourself. Because who you think you are affects your thoughts, words & actions. It’s literally EVERYTHING!!

I’ve fallen so many times and no matter what, I just couldn’t figure out this pose. But one day I taught this Flying Pigeon pose even though I couldn’t do it, (just because I can’t do it, doesn’t stop me from teaching it😜)my student mastered it in my class and taught me that pushing the shin against the triceps was the key! I’m always learning from my students and I’m very grateful for all of them 🙏🏼
Being in a flow state helps with asanas too!

I started practicing being in a flow state, and guess what? I am seeing some results already!
1. I am more focused on my daily tasks.
2. I am getting more confident in my decisions.
3. My self-critic got much quieter and I’m finding more peace within myself.
4. I was able to unlock a new yoga pose that I’ve been working on for the past 2 years! (I’ll be posting about it soon😉)

After getting a divorce again on 2025, over coming my fear was one of my New Year’s resolutions so I went out there and sang with my guitar. My fingers were shaking and so was my voice, but I did it anyway and it felt so good to sing with my new friends! I was very grateful that everyone was so welcoming and sweet and supportive. There were so much love in the room that night ✨
If you’re struggling with fear, you’re not alone. I was so scared to get a divorce again but I did it anyway because I knew how important it it was for me. Life is short. If you are unsure about your decision, always choose yourself. Because the most important relationship you’ll ever going to have is with yourself 🌸

Happy 14th birthday to mi hijita Maia! 🎂
My very first yoga experience was when I was pregnant with her. I've learned so many things from yoga throughout these years but the best and most important thing that yoga has taught me was self-love & self-care. I knew nothing about self-love until I met yoga and I still have a long way to go but I am proud to be where I am. My biggest wish for my daughter (and my sons and everyone on this earth!🌍) is to know her self worth and learn how to take good care of herself. Because she is such a precious miracle as we all are✨
