DHS Teen Health Awareness Club The purpose of the Teen Health Awareness Club is to educate peers and to increase student awareness about relevant health issues.

The Teen Health Awareness club was created to increase student awareness on relevant health issues; this club allows you to take action on your interests in health care and make a difference by educating your peers and others. Activities include discussion of health topics led by healthcare professionals, hosting peer educational events, healthy snacks tasting and rating, creation of a healthy recipe book for teens, participation in health promoting events such as fun runs/walks, and working with younger students to educate them about healthy eating and habits.
