Terezie Palmer is graduate of Potomac Massage Training Institute where she has acquired full training in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage techniques along with thorough anatomy, physiology and pathology classes. Terezie is passionate about continuously learning and educating (one could not exist without another) and she has assisted teaching there in the past. Terezie has also worked as an Independent Contractor, resident Massage Therapist, at Bikram Yoga Alexandria for three years, working with people to enhance their exercise performance activity as well as seeking balance in everyday life. Terezie's interest in Women's Health started when working on her case study with Fibromyalgia with astonishing results. Terezie is also naturally driven to work with expecting and postpartum mothers. She is Certified pregnancy practitioner with Kate Jordan's Childbearing Year program and currently enrolled in Certified Doula program with Birthing From Withing reaching Advanced certification in 2017. Terezie has extensive studies in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. Also she is Certified Reiki Master and Practitioner. In 2015 she has embarked on John F. Barnes Myofascial Release studies - technique that makes difference in many clients lives. She is interested in aromatherapy and healthy lifestyle in general. Her sessions are based on clients needs. She intuitively works incorporating all fields of her expertise to support client on his/her healing journey. In 2021 she became Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and make coaching as part of her therapy sessions. She works with corporations delivering on site chair massages for employees improving their health, concentration and productivity at work force.

🤩😲 WOW! Canaan Valley Spa is getting closer and closer to opening. When open it will be a world class facility with amenities and services around every corner. Just like the cabins, all details have been thoughtfully planned, resourced and executed.

We are a little biased but honestly think it will be one of the most beautiful buildings in WV when completed.

It's summer and the weather is hot and so is our body. Drink plenty of fluids, which can include eating watermelon or juicy fruits that contain natural electrolytes. Also cooking and eating lighter is better for digestion and not feeling too sluggish. Mediterranean cuisine is perfect for summer months, filled with salads, veggies, seafood and grilled meat. Enjoy the summer and hopefully you can add some water fun to the mix!
