✨ This past weekend I took a Parasympathetic Reset course with The Body Artisans hosted by Sacred Space Massage & Herbalism and it was incredibly powerful. ✨

This work focuses on a fascial flow technique that helps the body shift into a true rest-and-restore state. We explored how fascia can hold onto stress, trauma, and emotions, and how to gently support the body in releasing that tension for deeper healing.

I’m so excited to bring this into my practice! Continuing education is something I genuinely care about, and every course I choose is with my clients in mind—so I can offer you the most intentional, supportive care possible 🤍

If you’ve been feeling like your body is holding onto more than just physical tension, this is your gentle reminder that you deserve this kind of care. You’re allowed to receive, to rest, and to be supported—I’d be honored to hold that space for you when you’re ready.
