🍄Just finished putting together a small order of Pink Oyster!🍄

We just put some in a soup last night and topped it with the "bacon bits" I posted the other day, absolutely delicious. Did you know that mushrooms will stay freah the longest in a classic paper bag? This allows some air to pass through the bag which prevents the mushrooms from sitting in their own moisture like they would in a plastic bag or a tupperware. For best results I suggest placing them in the crisper drawer!
