Hi everyone! Just a quick check in. For the health and safety of all concerned it looks like I will remain temporarily closed until after April 13th. I will be reaching out to each client personally for rescheduling. I know how much everyone is going to need a massage after all of this is behind us. Appointment updates as of the week of March 16th. 2020 !!!

Although I have my standard, as well as newly implemented safety protocols in place at my massage practice, I have decided to take this week to assess any new information regarding Covid-19 and any risk this may have on Massage professionals and their clients. I believe this is the most fair and responsible choice for the highest good of all concerned. I will be reaching out as soon as I feel confident that it is safe for all to move forward with fulfilling appointments.

Notice to my clients:
I will continue to see my massage clients at this time. I ask that anyone who is not feeling well, to please be kind and courteous and stay home. I will do my best to stay healthy for my practice and would never put a client at risk if I don’t feel 100%.

As with every flu season, and every day of the year, I strive to maintain a clean and healthy environment for the highest good of all. I will continue to use the proper hospital grade disinfectants as well as disposals in all areas of concern within my treatment room, as well as the entirety of my studio. Your health and safety are my top priority.

Coronavirus symptoms include mild to severe respiratory illness, fever, cough and shortness of breath. The best ways to prevent coronavirus and other viruses include:

-- Washing hands often with soap and warm water for 20 seconds.
-- Avoid touching the eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands.
-- Covering to cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
-- Avoiding contact with sick people and staying home when ill.

Pray, meditate and get a massage.
