Hello, my name is Dezirea Parris.

I am pleased to introduce you to my upcoming business, “Rooting for the Womb”.

My goal as a doula is to establish a place of emotional and physical comfort for all expecting parents. Whether that be helping you to empower your birth experience, reminding you to drink water and breathe, providing hands on comfort techniques or being that extra hand for you to hold as you transition through labor.

My ultimate goal is to help you have your desired birth experience.

I am currently working towards my certification through Birth Arts International as a birth doula. I expect to complete my certification by the end of the year.

In the meantime, I will be establishing a network for all expecting mothers/parents. I am also looking to make connections with other Doulas in the Genesee County area.

I am excited to embark on this new journey with you!
