Dawson Springs Health and Rehabilitation celebrated our amazing CNA’s this week! Happy CNA Week and thank you all for everything you do each day! We are so honored to have each of you as part of the Dawson family! Our annual CNA luncheon and awards ceremony are still to come!

A little late but our residents got to have a get time with fun Friday activities! We took a stroll down town and enjoyed bowling! We absolutely love seeing these smiles!!!
