Yesterday was salve making day. I made our rescue salve. Made with calendula, St. John’s wort and plantain. Think anything that itches.
I’m playing around with arnica and comfrey to make a pain balm too. These two are really good pain and anti inflammatory herbs. Check back to see how the testing went!
