Improving health starts with the decision to make a change. It won’t always be easy and the motivation won’t always be there. Your discipline and attention to detail is the key. Little changes add up over time. Commit to yourself!
Thank you to to those that participated in last weeks health challenge. Now keep it going! Here is a daily checklist of things to work on.

Daily 10-Health Tip Stacking Checklist
[ ] Hydrate on waking with a pinch of mineral salt
[ ] Get morning sunlight + 5–10 min walk
[ ] Box breathe before meals (4-4-4-4 x 5)
[ ] Protein first at each meal
[ ] 10-minute walk after meals
[ ] Move 2 minutes every hour
[ ] Cold finish 30–60 seconds in the shower
[ ] Lights out at the same time nightly
[ ] Phone out of the bedroom
[ ] One real-food upgrade today (processed out, whole food in)
If this list seems daunting, start with one or two habits, keep it consistent, and you’ll feel the difference.
