How do you incorporate saunaing into your routine?
I use my Sunlighten sauna at least four times a week. I try to get in every other day for at least 30 minutes. I particularly like to use my sauna in the evenings after dinner and finish with either a cold plunge or shower. It's a great time for me to relax, read or listen to music, meditate and sweat out the toxins and stress from the day.
Why do you incorporate saunaing into your routine?
Prior to purchasing my Sunlighten sauna I had access to a sauna through my gym. Whenever I used the sauna I genuinely felt better. I felt more energetic. My skin felt and looked better. My muscles and body felt looser, more pliable. I noticed a distinct change in the appearance of my muscles, increase in vascularity, circulation, decrease in lactic acid buildup and how tight I was feeling. At 48 I focus on longevity and sustainability and regular use of a sauna is an integral part of my total wellness program. I made the investment to purchase a sauna, so that I could have access to Sunlighten all the time.
Why is saunaing a very easy habit to get into?
It’s easy because of how good I feel when I’m in there and how much better I feel from the ongoing benefits of frequent sauna use. I enjoy being in the heat, sweating it out, being productive, mentally and physically in the sauna, it's a very easy habit to get into. Now, my body craves it, I crave it and I miss it when I don't have access to my sauna.
