Sunday. Weird weather. Full moon and clear skies with twinkling stars, shining down through a dense fog that began at about 1000 feet and settled down through the trees and peaks to the vales, the creeks and lakes, until it blanketed the ground with a freezing mist. Ice was coating the grass and streets as I Rucked this AM. Then into work. Dr. Berliner on deck. Very busy from the opening bell. 30 in the door by 1:30 PM. Then slower. Will blog on cases later. For an unknown reason the blog was erased. I am recapitulating it. We saw 41 Patients on a half day Sunday. No Flu. One CoVID-19 (+) POS. Nine with PSBR. Two Otitis Media. x7 DOT PE's. Insomnia. Chronic Pain & Mm. Spasms. Lumbago. Hypertension. Adult ADD/ADHD. Persistent Lft. Knee swelling. Medication Refills & Adjustments. Fatigue, Brain Fog, Anxiety /c a Viral Syndrome. Gout Flare. Post-Hospital Pneumonia & Bronchospasm. Work Notes. Sea Itch & Gastritis. Ophthalmic visual loss from multiple inflammatory factors. Lab review & Testosterone hormone replacement. HSV Left upper lip with secondary bacterial infection. Hypothyroidism. PPD placement for TB testing. Corneal Abrasion L lower eye sclera. Pancreatitis Flare. Abscessed Tooth. L Ear Helix Cellulitis. R Hemiplegia. Migraine. Bronchitis. Pharyngitis. Acne. Heading home, then will meet with Rabbi Mentz to study the Mishna Torah. Dr. Berliner will be back on deck Monday.
