The Montgomery County Homeless Solutions Policy Board (HSPB) has activated the Extreme Cold Severe Weather Plan due to the forecasted temperatures and wind chill. The Plan is in effect through Monday, Jan. 22.

During the Extreme Cold Severe Weather Plan, St. Vincent de Paul will provide shelter to everyone who needs shelter. St. Vincent will allow people to stay all day in the shelters listed below.

People living outside will be urged to go to shelter. PATH workers will assist with transport and provide information about the client(s) to St. Vincent.
