✨You’re feeling overwhelmed or lacking clarity and focus… slow down.
✨Feeling sick or not well in any capacity and maybe you’re ignoring it … until you can’t anymore.
✨Feeling high anxiety and mind racing or “panic attacks” or chronic headaches?
Slowing down is the only way to wind down our nervous system and get super clear on our priorities and living our best life…. I invite you to :

The things I wish I knew about massage & bodywork before I had babies…

✨ That massage is not just a bougie event you get to experience — it’s a powerful nervous system support.
✨ That it helps shift your body from fight-or-flight into rest-and-digest, which is essential for healing, hormone balance, and deep rest.
✨ That regular massage can boost your immune system, reduce inflammation, and help your body better cope with both big and small stressors.

Before babies in 2011 and 2014 I didn’t realize how much stress — even the unseen, “I’m fine” kind — was storing in my tissues.
I didn’t know that the aches, tension, and mental fog weren’t just from lack of sleep or a busy life…
They were signs my body needed more nervous system care. Also Motherhood opened my eyes to this 😁

Now I know:
💆‍♀️ Regular, intentional bodywork isn’t indulgent — it’s essential.
🌀 Consistency rewires patterns of tension and pain.
🌿 And small acts of self-care create lasting change in how we feel and function every day.

We do often give a lot of ourselves as a mom and a wife and an employee or whatever it is for you. I encourage you to pause and Tune in. Your body is speaking. Massage helps you listen.

The right tools can make self-massage so much more effective. After testing lots of options on myself, here are my top recommendations:

1. Tennis or lacrosse balls as massage balls: These ball-sized tools are perfect for targeting pressure points in your lower back and hips.

2. Handheld Roller: Use a hand-held Jade roller or guasha stone chilled in the fridge to gently massage the face and soothe your sinuses.

3. S-Shaped Massage Cane: Perfect for reaching those impossible spots on your back without contorting yourself.

4. Foam Roller: Great for rolling your hamstrings and calf muscles to help prevent and relieve “Charlie horses!” Also great to roll out your glutes which can relieve some low back tension!
