I don’t know about you, but this year the holidays seem even more chaotic than usual. With all of the socializing, hosting and travel it’s easy to get burnt out. And you can’t pour from an empty cup. So here’s your reminder to take some time for yourself this next month! You’re allowed to rest! You’re allowed to take breaks! Your body needs it ❤️
