I knows it’s been awhile. I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season! Here is what I have left for January. I do have a last minute appointment for tomorrow morning at 10! Let me know if you’d like to book that because online booking may not be available.

I don’t know about you, but this year the holidays seem even more chaotic than usual. With all of the socializing, hosting and travel it’s easy to get burnt out. And you can’t pour from an empty cup. So here’s your reminder to take some time for yourself this next month! You’re allowed to rest! You’re allowed to take breaks! Your body needs it ❤️

Here’s what’s left for November! December is usually even busier so I suggest booking ahead of time! I do have a last minute opening tomorrow at 12:15 for a 90 min which is the only 90 min time slot I have left for November!
