As long as you’re doing your best, you’re doing a good enough job. I know that sounds cliche and doesn’t seem like it would be true but it really is. At this point, it’s mind over matter. When you keep telling yourself you can’t do something or that nobody can do the thing, the thing becomes impossible from your viewpoint. You don’t meet anyone else who disproves your theory and if you do, your mind tells you they cheated or had some type of unfair advantage so you can uphold your current belief. You just gotta start telling yourself different things is all. Don’t waste this energy.

It’s super tempting to go back to your old habits bc you just want something easier, comfortable and more familiar.
