Yoga for Youth is this Sunday at Sukha Inspired Yoga ! We will create mini vision boards/mantra maps similar to the one shown below from a previous session and engage in mindful movement. I'll post the registration link in the comments. :)

I hope you had a SPOOKtacular day! Although I will no longer be at the studio in Huber Heights after this weekend, due to the owner deciding to close the studio and take on other life adventures, there will be new classes/location info posted soon. ❤️ I wish her nothing but the best, after being in business since 2006, she is ready for a new chapter. ❤️
