You’ve probably seen us rolling through town or heard our name from students, neighbors, or local organizations… but what is MobileMOC?

MobileMOC stands for Mobile Medical Outreach Clinic. "What do y'all do?" We hear this a lot, and although we are mobile, we are a fully functioning clinic on wheels! Inside, we’ve got an exam room, a bathroom, a working sink, and wheelchair accessibility. If you ever visit, our wonderful Nurse Practitioner, Becky Miller, and our amazing Registered Nurse, Lili Reynolds, will be ready to care for you. 🩺

Who can access our services? We primarily seek to serve older adults 65+ and their caregivers, but we welcome anyone 18+.

Our top priority is always and has always been people. We’ve been serving patients since we launched in April 2025, and every service we provide is 100% FREE.

📍 With rural clinics closing across Tennessee, the mobility of our clinic will be vital. MobileMOC currently travels to 10 Southeast Tennessee counties: Bradley, Hamilton, Polk, McMinn, Meigs, Rhea, Marion, Sequatchie, Bledsoe, and Grundy.

We’re more than just a clinic. We want to be part of the community. Our goal is to show up where we’re needed and help fill the gaps in care 💙

Today, we proudly salute the legacy, strength, and sacrifice of the U.S. Air Force as it celebrates 78 years of service to our nation. Since its official founding in 1947, the Air Force has stood as a symbol of innovation, excellence, and unwavering commitment to defending our skies and securing our freedom.

At Integrity Home Care, we are deeply honored to provide care to many veterans who once wore the Air Force uniform with pride. These men and women served with courage, often far from home, and paved the way for future generations with their dedication to duty and country.

Many of our clients are heroes who took to the skies—pilots, engineers, medics, support crew—and brought their mission-driven spirit home with them. Today, we serve them with the same level of respect, care, and loyalty they once gave to all of us.

Today, we pause to remember one of the most impactful days in American history. On Patriot Day, we honor the nearly 3,000 innocent lives lost in the tragic events of 9/11 and reflect on the strength, resilience, and unity that followed.

At Integrity Home Care, we are especially mindful of the veterans who have served—and continue to serve—with courage and honor in the years since. Many of them answered the call to protect our freedoms in the wake of that day, and we are humbled to care for them in their homes today.

Providing compassionate, personalized care to veterans and seniors isn’t just our mission—it’s our way of giving back to those who have given so much.

Today, and every day, we remember.
