After spending a week in the mountains at a meditation retreat its been a little hard grounding back down in to my normal life and routine again.
The best way to integrate higher spiritual energy down into the body is with physical exercise.
For me that's running. I had a LOT of energy so....I went for an 11 mile run 🏃‍♀️.
I unleashed my inner 11 and earned the running up that hill challenge
Thanks to Pranic Healing techniques my recovery will be short and sweet.
