I’m not kidding when I say this is probably my favorite skincare product we make.

Our pH Balancing Face Wash is made with apple juice, and it leaves my skin feeling clean without that tight, stripped feeling that so many cleansers give.

And the craziest part? You only need the tiniest amount. Like a dime to nickel-sized amount max. One bottle can easily last you 100+ washes.

I think people underestimate how much your cleanser matters because it’s not flashy skincare. But your cleanser really is the foundation of your routine. If your skin barrier is constantly stressed out from harsh cleansing, the rest of your products are basically trying to play catch-up.

Also, I know skincare online can get sooo complicated. Trust me, your skin will be much happier if you simplify things.

Share this with the women in your life who are in their 20’s and considering Botox….

And if that sounds crazy to you….they are literally the generation targeted for preventive Botox.

Marketing aimed at making them afraid of getting a wrinkle and telling them to inject Toxin into their face when there’s literally no reason to do so.

This will only mean they likely will need more and more toxin for it to be effective once they’re the age when a wrinkle might show up.

Honestly, this is crazy to us.

If you get Frownies instead you’d save thousands of dollars and really not even need to use them that much.

Not to mention avoid any potential risks.

Take a stand against the machine and let them know….we are not afraid to age!

If you spend more than a few minutes online, you’ll probably start to believe good skin has to be expensive.

Like you need a cabinet full of products, monthly facials, lasers, injectables, treatments, appointments… the whole thing.

But hear me when I say this: you do not need all of that to have healthy, beautiful skin.

I’ve literally had two facials in my entire life. Other than that? No in-office treatments or procedures.

Can those things be helpful or lovely? Of course. No judgment at all. But are they required for good skin? Absolutely not.

Healthy skin starts with a healthy body.

Balanced hormones. Lower stress. Better sleep. Drinking water. Supporting circulation. Learning how to relax the facial tension we carry all day long. Being consistent with a simple routine instead of constantly chasing the next miracle product.

That’s the stuff nobody talks about enough because it’s not flashy. But it matters.

Some of the biggest changes in my skin came from slowing down and actually supporting my body instead of fighting it.

Your skin is listening to the way you live every day.

They say age is just a number, and I totally agree because the older I get, the more I actually like who I am.

I’m stronger.
I’m healthier.
I’m more confident.
I’m more grounded.
I’m less concerned about what random people think.
I’m more comfortable in my own skin.
I’m more aware of what actually matters.

And sure, aging comes with challenges too. I’m not pretending otherwise.

But somehow society convinced women that getting older was supposed to be depressing… when for a lot of us, it actually feels empowering.

Like wait… you mean I get to become wiser, hotter, calmer, funnier, emotionally stronger, AND care less about nonsense?

Sign me up 😂

You can spend your life fearing age, or you can become the kind of woman who wears it well.

Personally, I’m embracing this season of life and everything that comes with it.

I often hear people in the face taping world talking negatively about Frownies and honestly spreading a lot of misinformation…

and it’s always a little silly to me because the face taping trend really took off as people were looking for faster, easier, cheaper alternatives to Frownies in the first place.

But the reality is… Frownies are more effective.

They’re proven over the long term.
The adhesive is designed to be compatible with your skin for long-term use, unlike the acrylic polymer adhesive used in most face tapes. (PS….acrylic polymer is basically liquid plastic).

And beyond that, Frownies have thousands of customer before and afters showing real transformations over decades and decades of use.

At the end of the day, trends come and go.
