What are you most excited about in your new role as CEO?

Honestly… the people!

I love building things…but more than anything, I love building people.

The most exciting part of this new chapter is getting to shape the culture, support the team, and create a place where people feel seen, valued, and empowered to grow.

Frownies has always been a family business, and now I get to carry that forward not just in name, but in how we lead, how we work, and how we show up for each other.

I’m only 60 days in, but I already feel so grateful for the team we’re becoming. 🫶🏼

As of November 1st, I’ve officially been in this role as CEO at Frownies for two months now. Sometimes it still feels a little surreal, but most of the time I just feel so incredibly grateful.

I thought it would be fun to share a little more of the real human side of me with some Q&A sessions…

The past few months have been amazing. I can’t wait to close out this year strong and step into 2026 with new ideas and the world’s literal best team ever. We’re so ready to serve our customers and make a difference in the world of skincare and conversations around aging. 💛
