🌕✨ On September 7, we have a powerful Lunar Eclipse at 15° of Pisces, taking place in the afternoon. The Moon in Pisces will stand opposite the Sun and Mercury in Virgo, setting the stage for a tug-of-war between the emotional/spiritual and the logical/rational. Many of us may feel deeply drawn inward, guided by intuition and emotion, while the rational mind works hard to keep its balance.

With Jupiter in Cancer forming a supportive trine to this eclipse, the spiritual and emotional energy is especially strong. Jupiter is the classical ruler of Pisces, and in Cancer, it nurtures and amplifies our sense of inner knowing. Rather than focusing on material gain, this influence points us toward caring for the home, family, and the nourishment of both body and soul. If the practical does come into play, it’s likely to center around creating comfort and security where we live or how we nurture those we love.

Eclipses open doors, but they can also stir uncertainty. This particular one is best approached as a period of emotional preparation. Big decisions and bold moves may need to wait until the upcoming Solar Eclipse on September 21 at the final degree of Virgo, when details and clarity will be easier to gather. For now, give yourself space to align with your true feelings and soul needs. 🌙

Those with strong placements in Virgo, Pisces, Sagittarius, and Gemini will feel this eclipse the most, challenged to balance the spiritual with the logical. The other water signs, Cancer and Scorpio, may find themselves swept up in creative visions and spiritual revelations, which can be beautiful—so long as they stay grounded, too.

I closed my eyes and held this piece of red jasper to my third eye — and look at it… it looks right back. The red center, surrounded by white, forms a perfect circle with a dot — an ancient symbol that’s been with us across cultures for thousands of years.

It’s the solar symbol in astrology ☉ — representing the Sun, the self, the vital force at the center of our being.

Sometimes when I engrave stones, I carve this very same mark into red jasper. It just fits — jasper is grounding, strengthening, energizing. It roots us while also reminding us who we are. It holds the heat of the earth and somehow still feels like it carries the light of the sky.

This little piece has its own solar eye. I’ve written about this in my book before, but today, holding it to my brow, I was reminded:

Sometimes the stone reflects us more clearly than a mirror.

This month, I’m leaning into the quiet. Holding my abundance and wealth stone close (a rare, glow in the dark Tibetan stone.. and yes we carry them 😉), reconnecting with the Venus in me—beauty, balance, worth, and desire. As a Libra, ruled by Venus, I know that clarity doesn’t rush. It whispers. It arrives when I slow down enough to listen.

I’m asking myself: What do I truly want? What am I ready to receive?
Not just material abundance—but love, joy, peace, connection.

This is a season of soft power, sacred space, and tuning in.
