So true! Glass mason jars are amazing for storage and if you use the ones that are freezer safe, you can store in refrigerator or freezer. They are convenient and store/stack easily! We do not microwave....but they can go into microwave....please remove lids before microwaving.🙃

Last week Institute of Holistic Leadership, LLC Clinical Reflexology Students completed their Clinical Rotations at St. Leonard CHI Living Communities. This is such a rewarding experience to watch the alumni immerse themselves in the medical community and care for the patients. They did a fantastic job.
