In Memory of Paul "PJ" Glauder
We are deeply saddened to share the passing of Paul Glauder, known affectionately by many as PJ, who was a cherished part of the Mahajan Therapeutics family and the recovery community across Southern Ohio.
PJ began working with Mahajan in 2009, playing a vital role as we expanded our services to support individuals with substance use disorders in addition to mental health care. His insight, lived experience, and unwavering passion were instrumental in building our recovery program from the ground up.
"PJ was a well of knowledge and heart within the recovery community," recalls Iva Easterling. "On so many occasions people in Scioto County would come up to me and say, ‘PJ saved my life.’ He loved seeing people better their lives through recovery. He brought the same passion to his work that he carried with him every day in the community."
PJ proudly served as the District 21 DCM (District Committee Member) within Alcoholics Anonymous, acting as a trusted leader, mentor, and bridge between local AA groups and the wider service structure. He was also a sponsor to many, leading with humility, integrity, and hope.
This fall, PJ would have celebrated 38 years of sobriety, a remarkable achievement that speaks to his dedication, resilience, and the countless lives he touched.
We honor PJ’s legacy and the lasting impact he made on our team, our clients, and the recovery community. His memory lives on through the many people he helped, inspired, and believed in.
