Calling all members! ⭐️

Join us for a free specialty class for all Basic and Classic members. This Peak Pose class with Anaka will be a 60 minute practice designed with specific sequencing and poses to prepare you for Astavakrasana/Eight Angle Pose. The drills and flows will isolate + identify the parts of the body needed for the pose and you will have time to practice your fullest expression of the pose as well.
