We've seen the funnel pic looking SW from the URGENT Care at The Commons...
We were looking at it too from Martinsburg Airport at the same time as we were on the phone with NWS.
There was definite rotation and we saw a lowering but couldn't confirm it was on the ground.
It moved NE across the north side of Martinsburg where Brandon took his video and we banned him for a shirt while because his video looked like others I've seen gone viral on the internet.
We've since unbanned him and we apologize for banning him.
