🎒 Backpack Tip 🎒
Your backpack should weigh no more than 10–15% of your body weight — that means if you’re 100 lbs, it should be 10–15 lbs max.

✅ Use both straps to keep weight evenly distributed
✅ Pack heavier books closest to your back
✅ Adjust the straps so the bottom sits at your waist — not hanging low
✅ If it’s still too heavy, carry a few books in your arms or use a rolling bag
