Congratulations to our December employee of the month: Justin!
Justin has served as a Sous Chef at 10 Wilmington Place for over eight years and continues to demonstrate exceptional performance, dedication, and leadership. He consistently brings creativity, professionalism, and pride to his role, contributing positively to both the culinary team and the overall resident experience.
Although his role is primarily behind the scenes, Justin regularly goes above and beyond his job responsibilities. He takes the initiative to prepare special or customized meals to meet residents’ individual needs and preferences, and he willingly steps outside the kitchen to assist residents and team members whenever help is needed. His actions reflect genuine care, compassion, and respect for those he serves.
Justin’s reliability, strong work ethic, and positive attitude set a high standard for excellence. He is a team player who leads by example and consistently embodies the values of 10 Wilmington Place. His continued commitment and outstanding performance make him an invaluable asset.
