As we move into November and the festive season picks up speed. We want to give you a quick reminder about a couple of important dates in November & December that could affect your service with us. Make sure to mark your calendars and plan ahead:

📌 DECEMBER 4th
❌ No same-day repairs
🚚 No pickup or delivery service in the afternoon

📌 DECEMBER 24th
❌ No same-day repairs
🚚 Possible no delivery drivers all day
🙅 Walk-ins will be turned away

If you anticipate needing repairs, deliveries, or pickups close to these dates, we highly encourage you to schedule early to ensure we can assist you without delay.

We appreciate your support, patience, and understanding as we work to balance great service with giving our team time to recharge during the holidays. Thanks for planning ahead with us — we’re grateful to be part of your year! 💙

✨ The holiday season is right around the corner, and with it comes a lot of planning, prepping, and last-minute to-dos — for all of us! As things get busier, we want to make sure you're fully informed about a couple of upcoming dates that may impact our regular service.

While we always do our best to accommodate your needs, there are two days in December where our availability will be limited due to the holiday schedule:

📅 DECEMBER 4th
❌ No same-day repairs
🚚 No delivery or pickup service in the afternoon

📅 DECEMBER 24th:
❌ No same-day repairs
🚚 Possibility of no delivery drivers

Love being on the road and working mornings? We’ve got the perfect part-time position for you!
📆 Schedule: Monday–Thursday
⏰ Hours: 7:30am ~1:00pm or earlier (typically 4–5 hours a day)
📍 Location: North Dayton & Sprinfield area

Requirements:
✅ Must have a valid driver’s license
✅ Clean driving record - Yes, we look into this
✅ Reliable and punctual
✅ Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
✅ Delivering smiles (literally!). Packages weigh about 2lbs at the most

Big life updates from our team! 💕

Our amazing office manager, Madisyn, welcomed her second little one, Riley, into the world! 🍼✨ Meanwhile, our operations manager Nikki and dispatch supervisor Megan both added some furry family members—say hello to Nikki’s pup Anna and Megan’s pup Gunner! 🐶❤️

From babies to fur babies, our team is growing in all the best ways! We couldn’t be happier for them.

Catch Up Series – Part 3

Nikki & Brandon recently traveled to Cologne, Germany to attend the International Dental Symposium (IDS)—an incredible experience exploring the latest innovations across the entire dental industry, not just the lab side! 🌍✨

🔹 Nikki got hands-on with 3Shape’s new T6 IOS scanner, testing out its cutting-edge capabilities.
🔹 Brandon dove into the newest 3D printing materials validated on Asiga printers—our favorite!
🔹 They also had the chance to catch up with international colleagues from 3Shape, Asiga, and many more, sharing insights and ideas from around the globe. 🌐

It’s amazing to see where the industry is heading, with exciting advancements for both dentists and lab technicians. The future of dentistry is looking brighter than ever! 😁

Toni, Nikki, & Brandon recently attended the Visions 21 Meeting for lab owners and management. 💡 It was an incredible opportunity to connect with other industry leaders, share ideas, and bring back fresh insights to keep our lab moving forward.

We were also thrilled to celebrate our own Brandon for being appointed to the NBC Board of Trustees—what a huge accomplishment and honor! 🎉👏
