Happy National Pet Day! 🐾

Today we’re celebrating two very special members of our lab family—Rafi and Anna! 🐶🐶

Rafi and Anna are also known for giving every visitor that comes through our door the warmest welcome—complete with lots of kisses and unconditional love 💋🐾 We’re so grateful for the comfort, smiles, and stress relief they bring to our team each day. The lab simply wouldn’t be the same without our two favorite coworkers on four paws.

Celebrating Brandon’s 9-year work anniversary with us! 🎉

With 18 years in the dental industry, Brandon has built an incredible career working with manufacturers and an elite lab—bringing a depth of knowledge that shows in everything he does.

A true master of digital dentistry, he not only leads by example but also educates clinicians and fellow technicians, helping elevate the industry as a whole. His passion for sharing knowledge and pushing innovation forward sets him apart.

Brandon also gives back to the profession as a board member for the National Board for Certification in Dental Laboratory Technology (NBC), demonstrating his commitment to advancing standards and supporting the future of our field.

We’re proud to have him on our team and grateful for the impact he makes every day. Here’s to 9 years—and many more to come!

Please join us in welcoming Sydney to the Dental Associates family!

Sydney brings several years of experience in removables, making her a wonderful addition to our talented removable department. She loves working in dentistry because it allows her to combine two of her favorite things—being hands-on and creative. Using those skills to help people smile, eat, and function comfortably again is what truly fuels her passion for this industry.

Sydney is also excited about the future of dentistry and has goals of earning her CDT (Certified Dental Technician) credential while continuing to expand her knowledge in digital dentistry.

When she’s not at the lab, Sydney enjoys painting and digital art, gaming, and spending time with her family and their pets.

We’re excited to have her on the team and can’t wait to see all the great things she’ll accomplish here. Welcome, Sydney! 😊

Marcus and Brandon spent the day at LMT’s Lab Day Meeting diving into the newest technology and taking a deeper look at some of the latest digital equipment shaping our industry. And did you see Brandon on the Zahn Digital Denture Panel? How cool is THAT?! 👏🔥
Meanwhile, Toni and Megan attended the 100th Annual Cal-Lab Meeting 🎉
The conversations were powerful — from the future of AI in the laboratory, to how a small family business became a European benchmark, to the true power of resilience. The day wrapped up with a toast to 100 incredible years of Cal-Lab. 🥂
We love being in rooms that challenge us, inspire us, and push our lab forward.
