Honoring the Life of Bob

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Bob, our very first driver and a cherished member of our lab family. Bob wasn’t just a driver—he was a trailblazer who helped set the foundation for everything we’ve built. His dedication, warmth, and unwavering kindness left an imprint on our team and everyone he served.

Bob was a storyteller, a friend, and the kind of person who could light up a room with his presence. For years, he brought more than deliveries to our clients—he brought connection and care. He was part of the heart and soul of our lab, and his legacy will continue to inspire us every day.

As we reflect on the memories, we are reminded of how lucky we were to have him in our lives.
Our hearts go out to Bob’s family and friends during this difficult time. Rest in peace, Bob. You will forever be part of our story.

Meet Toni: The Heart and Soul of Dental Associates! 👋

Toni has been the leading lady at Dental Associates since April 1, 2009, when she and her late partner Dan Young purchased Doling & Associates Dental Lab. With over 45 years in the dental industry, Toni’s journey started in the chrome partial department, and she quickly worked her way through every position in the lab, ultimately becoming a CDT in ceramics. Toni’s passion for this industry runs deep—and she’s proud that her son Brandon shares the same dream of continuing their legacy.

When Toni isn’t leading the lab, you’ll find her cheering on football and soccer, spending time with her beloved cats Gabriel and Gideon, or enjoying a glass of wine with friends at Cooper’s Hawk (they’re all proud wine members! 🍷the ).

Meet MALLORY, Our Denture Repair & Removable Mode Technician! 👋

Mallory has been part of our team for a year, but her dental lab career started long before joining us. She handles our denture repairs and removable model work, using her artistic skills and attention to detail to help people regain their confidence through beautiful smiles. Her passion and precision make her a valuable part of our lab!

When she’s not at work, Mallory has some seriously cool hobbies—she loves reading books with her son, creating spooky makeup looks for haunted houses (especially a big one in Middletown!), and working on independent movies. Oh, and she’s a huge fan of horror films 🎃

For the past GLORIOUS 2 years, Jess has been our versatile driver, covering all delivery routes and lending a hand in the front office. She loves the flexibility and freedom that comes with driving—no two days are ever the same! And when she’s not on the road, Jess always has a blast with our amazing office staff.

Outside of work, Jess is all about adventure—whether it’s kayaking, playing video games, or scoring great deals at thrift shops, she knows how to make the most of her downtime! 🛶

Esmira has been with us since 2021, and she's our incredible lead model technician and a vital part of the ortho team. Though she originally went to school for hygiene, her true passion was found in the lab, and we’re so glad she made that switch! Esmira loves learning new things, being part of a team that changes people’s lives, and working for her amazing boss.

When she’s not crafting with plaster, you can find her baking up a storm (she’s phenomenal), loves spending time with her future husband, and enjoys some well-deserved retail therapy. 🛍️

Megan has been keeping things running smoothly at our lab for 3 years, managing our drivers and staying on top of delivery dates. With over 20 years of experience in customer service, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a can-do attitude to her role. What Megan loves about working in dental is staying busy every day and working alongside fantastic coworkers like Madisyn and Nikki.

Outside of work, Megan is a super mom to three kids, enjoys taking long drives to unwind while listening to music, and runs her own cleaning business, Suds & Scrubs Cleaning—which also keeps our lab sparkling clean! 🧼

John joined our team after serving the country for over 40 years at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Now, he expertly handles our west route, delivering from Brookville to Richmond, IN, down to Cincinnati, and everywhere in between. His dedication to service continues, and we couldn’t be happier to have him as part of our team.

Outside of work, John’s passions keep him just as busy! He’s a Shriner, serves on the Patient Advocacy Board at Soin Medical Center, and is a Corvette enthusiast—owning an impressive 13 Corvettes! 🏎️

Meet KATIE: Our Versatile Removable Technician! 👋

Katie has been a big part of our lab for over 4 years, mastering everything from bite blocks to festooning denture wax-ups, and finishing all our digital removable cases. She’s always eager to lend a hand to the ortho team when needed, and her passion for learning new things keeps her at the top of her game. Plus, she has a knack for playing with wax and creating the perfect fit for our patients!

When she’s not at the lab, Katie is all about quality time with family and friends, embracing the great outdoors through camping, hiking, and fishing with her kids. And when it’s time to let loose, you’ll find her at EDM shows and festivals, enjoying the beats and the vibe. 🎶
