Welcome to Holy Yoga Dayton! As a part of the Holy Yoga Collective, we represents world-class programs where people experience a divine transformation and are equipped to live out the gospel in their everyday lives. Our programs and teachings place emphasis on the complete well-being of your body and soul. They are not to be performed but to be lived. And our Christ-centered yoga philosophy doesn’t focus on what you have been but on the person you are becoming in Christ. Our passion drives our mission by creating space for a life-changing transformation.

We exist to provide weekly classes, events, and instructor trainings in the greater Dayton, Ohio area. Whether you are new to yoga or you have an established personal practice, we welcome you to come experience a new way to worship! If He’s led you here then He has something more for you. Healing. Hope. Rest. Community. A fresh encounter. A new beginning. Whatever it is, say yes. Join us and let Him do a new thing in you.
