Did you know that being diagnosed with diabetes puts you at a much higher risk for heart disease?

Here at Heart Rhythm and Vascular, it is our mission to catch heart disease early and decrease risk factors.

These factors include:

👉🏽 blood sugar control
👉🏽 no smoking
