Jessica, Latoya, and Edward want to celebrate National Smile Day by challenging you to share a smiling photo of yourself or someone you love today.

Sometimes a simple smile can brighten someone’s entire day. 😊

Gratitude isn’t about pretending everything is perfect.

It’s about seeing what’s still good…
even while you’re growing through hard things.

What’s something you can thank God for today?

Not every thought deserves to be believed. Some come from old wounds, old patterns, old versions of ourselves. We can pause, question, and choose differently. What’s something you’ve realized isn’t true anymore?

As we remember those who gave their lives in service to our country, we’re reminded of the importance of living with purpose, compassion, and care for others.

We also recognize that many veterans continue to carry invisible wounds long after their service ends - including struggles with trauma, grief, isolation, addiction, anxiety, and depression.

At Mission Addiction, we believe healing matters, hope is possible, and no one should have to fight those battles alone. Ask us about our military/veteran discount.

We kick off another Map for Life class series tonight, walking together toward healing and self-improvement. Could we ask you to pray for this new group as they begin their journey? Thank you!

Sometimes people-pleasing can look like kindness on the outside while exhaustion, fear, or losing yourself builds underneath.

In this clip from a recent Map for Life class discussion, a participant talks honestly about people-pleasing, codependency, and the struggle to maintain healthy boundaries while still wanting to care for others.

Healing often starts when we begin asking why we feel responsible for everyone else’s peace but our own.
