So you want to know what to expect when you come to a Fully Alive Yoga class? Come a few minutes early the first time so you can sign in and get all of the legal and necessary stuff out of the way. Bring your own mat, and a small blanket is a great idea, too. I’ll do my part and try to make the room cozy and inviting. Just settle onto your mat and chill. I will start with an inspirational reading

from the Bible or a devotional. Maybe a short prayer. The music will inspire you to become prayerful and peaceful or, depending on your day, maybe even noisy and full of song! You don’t have to be afraid to shout out for Jesus in my classes! No matter what your level of yoga expertise, first time or seasoned, you can crank it up or tone it down to meet your fitness level. Everyone is welcome. We will end with a final reflection and prayer and, as the Spirit leads, a blessing. It’s all good and it’s all amazingly holy and it all is for the Glory of God! LOOKING FOR A SPECIAL WAY
TO WALK THIS
HOLY WEEK JOURNEY?

Each year FULLY ALIVE YOGA offers this most unique and holy way to experience Holy Week. Moving prayerfully through this meditative yoga practice we will join in the story of the passion and death of Jesus through music, scripture and embodied prayer. This will likely be the most powerful and moving yoga class you will ever experience and is a beautiful way to start your Holy Week.

This class runs 70 minutes. It will be offered twice, Saturday morning April 12, and Monday night April 14. This FREE practice is gentle and suitable for all, including beginners.

So, I’m getting a new left knee. This week Louise is coming into my life, saddling up beside Thelma, who joined me last year. I am undergoing a new knee replacement procedure which promises a faster recovery. However, it will be necessary for me to cancel a few classes.

So, no classes on Saturday April 27 or Monday April 29.

I covet your prayers for a speedy recovery. Also, feel free to stop by. You know I love my tribe!
