We used to offer Stand up paddleboard rentals and instruction, Yoga Teacher trainings including aerial and SUP. Innerlight offered master level coaching and instruction lead by qualified teachers: aerial, mat, and stand up paddle board yoga classes. In addition to all levels classes including beginners, warm, and hot yoga, Innerlight offered affordable private yoga and yoga therapy sessions, workshops, teacher training, yoga and surf retreats, holistic, deep-tissue, and thai-yoga massage.

Innerlight’s Story

Innerlight Yoga & Wellness LLC is now a nomadic business: offering on-site Yoga Teacher Trainings endorsed by Yoga Alliance (200hr, Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga, and Aerial Yoga Intensives), Group and private sessions, Holistic Bodywork sessions (Reiki, Therapeutic, Deep-Tissue, and Thai Massage available by appointment).

Innerlight is owned and directed by Jen Ater, MA, E-RYT500, YACEP. Jen has been a Yoga Teacher, Certified Holistic Massage Practitioner, and Wellness Educator for 14 years. She has taught over 7,000 hours of Yoga classes and holds a Master of Arts Degree in Yoga Studies and Yoga Therapy from Antioch University.
