Located in Dayton, OH in the historic Clayton township, The Cottages of Clayton offers transformational short-term therapy rehab and skilled nursing care in our Health & Rehab Center. The Health & Rehab Center offers individual suites each with a private bath affording an ideal environment in which to recuperate, each suite includes, a flat screen TV, cable and telephone. The physical and emotional struggles that can accompany a debilitating injury or illness can deprive many people the quality of life they desire. Our Health & Rehab Center is designed to provide compassionate care to those with complex diagnoses and challenges that result from illness, disease, disability, injury, surgery or the aging process. We've built a team of geriatric specialists who have developed unique protocols and procedures for short-term care, encompassing the physical and emotional well-being of each resident. Our goal is to have you transition to your home as quickly and safely as possible. The Cottages of Clayton Assisted Living community is unique to the Dayton area. We are here to provide you with enhanced freedom to enjoy life as you choose. Each cottage offers a warm and loving environment while tailoring a plan of personal assistance to promote independence while preserving dignity and privacy. Our residents enjoy many social outings and activities throughout the day.
