Are you or someone you love struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Mood Swings, Grief, Marriage, Children, Abuse, Trauma/PTSD, Self-esteem, your past, your future, your spirituality? Holly utilizes different therapy styles with her clients from the age of 4 through adult to empower them to work through their struggles in partnership with respect, encouragement, and integrity. She will equip and support you with skills to be utilized in your daily lives to reach your full potential. Holly believes that each person can benefit from counseling. The entire person: mind, body, and spirit are affected while in the midst of struggles and transitions of everyday life. It is an honor to share in your struggles of today to claim victory tomorrow.
