Applied Learning Institute (ALI) provides behavioral services to children with developmental disabilities (primarily Autism Spectrum Disorder) using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in Centerville, Ohio. Our mission is to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that promote the growth and development of children with autism spectrum disorder so that they may

reach their full potential into adolescence. As leading providers of ABA therapy, we pride ourselves on the utilization of evidence-based research and empirical evidence to design individualized ABA treatment plans for each client we serve. Our goal is to increase functional and socially significant behavior in all aspects of our client’s lives, across both home and community settings.

Let's congratulate our employee of the month, Adrienne Murphy!

She is a quick learner, implements feedback/teaching, maintains client dignity, and follows her client's motivation. Adrienne also has a great attitude by acting professionally, respectfully and cheerfully.

She does super well to interacting and contriving opportunities with her clients, she are open to feedback and comes in with a positive attitude.

She demonstrates flexibility with being able to interact with different clients and needs. She is proactive in communicating with clinicians.

Adrienne works great with every client she has. She always has positive energy and her clients respond so well to her. She is also so helpful and kind to everyone she works with!

Let's congratulate our 3 employees of the month for June!

Clinical - Becky
-Keeping up with clients and running programs, even the playroom! She has
grown a lot in her time here. She is open to feedback and willing. She is attentive,
flexible, and communicates with all team members. She writes perfect notes!

Attendance - Mac
-Very flexible with the schedule, well rounded as a therapist and willing to work
with all the clients. No call offs!

Peer Voted - Sam
-She works super well with all the kids and is dedicated to the center. She is also
unbelievably supportive of all the staff. Sam is always engaged with clients in a positive and kind manner. She is always showing willingness to help anyway she can, for both clients and colleagues. Sam is an amazing RBT!
