Spencer is the Chairman of the Ophthalmology Dept for Grandview and Southview Hospital & Medical Centers and Medical Director for the Miami Valley Ambulatory Surgical Center. Dr. Spencer has actively engaged in teaching eye residents for the past 20 years and currently serves as the Team Ophthalmologist for the Dayton Dragons and the University of Dayton athletic teams.
