My heart is so full of gratitude for the amazingly generous .and.alchemy for gifting me all these amazing props that will support me in teaching and supporting others. It’s moments like this that make me deeply feel what Yoga is and the power of community.

August’s Sunday Slow flow is now open for registration.

This class is designed to focus on meditative movements. There will be an emphasis on calming and restoring both your body and mind. The flow is low impact with longer held poses combined with intentional breathing. It is suitable for all levels and abilities.

*Mats & Props are very limited, please bring what you need for your practice.

✨🌙 The New Moon in Gemini ♊️ ✨🌙

This particular new moon will bring back memories from our past due to our dear friend Mercury. These may come in the form of things you need to confront and let go of that are causing you to feel trapped. Releasing old thought patterns will give you the “break free” felling you desire. 🥰

Perhaps a reflection on last months eclipse cycle is in order: 🤔💭

What patterns showed up?
What heaviness did you feel?
Who provoked you?

Look close on what was presented during that time, there are likely some clues on what can be released. 🧐
