“It’s huge,” said Mark Williams, the Sierra Nevada executive who oversees the company’s Dayton campus.

What growth happens next depends on demand from the Air Force and further improvements to Dayton International, fueled by $78.8 million in state-funded upgrades to the airport apron and infrastructure, Williams said.

That planned state funding is foundational, Dayton leaders believe.
