Information alone doesn’t create transformation, it’s the action you take with that information.

The trend is to ask Chat GPT everything about yourself. When you ask Chat GPT you're outsourcing your critical thinking... and critical thinking would likely tell you to get help from a human being who is trained in seeing what you're NOT saying.

The people who consume endless information, look for easy answers, and avoid the hard work usually end up working with me and my team because they keep spinning in circles like they're a tire stuck in mud and don't actually make movement forward.

There are things you believe about your body that you didn’t consciously choose. You absorbed them.

From culture.
From family.
From church.
From fitness spaces.
From medicine.
From social media.

Most people never stop to question these beliefs. They just build their entire health journey on top of them.

In real life, though, you try to change your habits, but something underneath keeps pulling you back.

I’ve found that it’s because your beliefs about your body don’t support the behaviors you’re trying to build.
