Not everything you feel is a relationship problem.
Not everything you feel is a spiritual problem.
Not everything you feel is just stress.
Sometimes your body is distorting the signal.
When blood sugar is unstable, sleep is fragmented, when inflammation is high, when cortisol is doing damage control, your brain does not interpret life the same way it does when you're thriving.
Patience drops.
Connection feels harder.
Small things feel big.
And you start building stories about what it all means.
In this month’s Founding Member letter, I share why I don’t automatically trust emotional narratives — even my own — until physiology is stable, and what I actually look for when someone says: Something feels off, but I don’t know why.
I don't dismiss your feelings, but rather I'm helping you see clearly the biological impact of your metabolism in this moment.
If you’ve ever wondered whether exhaustion, inflammation, or blood sugar instability could be shaping how you experience your life, then this letter is for you.
