Did you know….. In the last couple years, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) has become the No. 1 reason U.S. women are added to the liver transplant list and the second-leading cause for all adults, overtaking hepatitis C.

💙March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness month! 💙

Nobody loves talking about their backside, but when it comes to colorectal cancer, early detection can save your butt!
Did you know, colorectal cancer is the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths? But here's the good news: it's also one of the most preventable with regular screening.
If you are 45 or older (or younger with risk factors) don’t sit on this decision (pun intended).
A colonoscopy may not be on your bucket list, but catching issues early keeps your future looking bright, and your colon looking right!
So, let’s put health at the top of the to-do list and encourage everyone to do the same. Because when it comes to preventing cancer, you’ve gotta stay ahead, by checking your behind!
If you don't currently have a doctor who takes your gut health seriously, but also doesn't mind a good potty joke, check out our friends at Digestive Specialists Inc.
