🧶 Stretch, yawn, move a little
You don’t need a full workout—just enough to remind your body it exists.
🚫 Say no without guilt
I knock things off tables when I’m done with them. You can do the human version.
💛 Seek warmth and safety
That might be a blanket, a friend, prayer, fresh air, or a quiet moment alone.
🐾 Be gentle with yourself
You’re not lazy. You’re living. Big difference.
