It is often the simple things that we can do for ourselves that will keep us healthy!

Recently I had a client come in with low back pain and knee pain. After examining her, I suggested that she work on her posture. When we made those simple corrections, her pain went away!

Here is an interesting video dealing with the myths about "good" posture. Good posture is more about flexibility, movement and not about a specific structure. This group presents some great ideas and movements which will build better structure.
