Life Care Center of Rhea County Life Care Center of Rhea County is a skilled nursing facility in Dayton, TN. Our state-of-the-art nursing home is 2 miles from Rhea Medical Center.

Located 40 miles north of Chattanooga, west of the Tennessee River, Dayton, Tennessee, is home to Life Care Center of Rhea County. Focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care, Life Care Center of Rhea County was constructed in 2012 and includes state-of-the-art therapy equipment.
