Her hands were steady, her heart was kind, and her dedication was unwavering. Today, we honor the nurse who brought so much light to so many. Leveraging more than two decades of excellence in nursing, Ms. Elliott has earned distinction as a registered nurse with Halifax Health. From 1999 until her retirement in 2013, she focused her efforts on working with patients in the neonatal intensive care unit. She was also appointed the director of the obstetrics department for her outstanding leadership and compassion.
