Filling out your intake form throughly matters more than you think.
What you don’t think is related, often is.
Old injuries, surgeries, procedures, medications, even things like stress or past patterns can all influence how your body is moving and why you’re in pain.
If I don’t have the full picture, I’m missing pieces of the puzzle.
Even if it doesn’t seem relevant, include it. It helps me treat you more effectively.

Rapid NeuroFascial Reset treatments are intentionally shorter- similar to chiropractic visits.

Both work directly with the nervous system, and the goal isn’t to do more, it’s to do just enough to create change.
With Rapid, we’re giving the nervous system specific input and then allowing it time to respond. Keeping sessions shorter helps the body feel safe and more willing to let go of protective tension.
Over treating can sometimes have the opposite effect, it can make the nervous system feel threatened, which may increase guarding instead of reducing it.

It’s not about time, it’s about precision and giving the body exactly what it needs and no more.

We’ve all been there. Have the best of intentions to book our next appointment when we get home to see our schedule. Then we forget and a week or two or three go by and the horror sets in as you go to book online. The schedule is full and your favorite massage therapist can’t get you in for another 3 weeks.
It happens but here are some tips to help keep you on the schedule.
1. Book before you leave your appointment. Bring your calendar with you so you’re prepared.
2. Set an alarm to remind you to book once you get home.
3. Set up a recurring appointment.
4. Set two alarms one for that evening and one for the next day.

Booking ahead ensures you get your preferred time and date.

If massage isn’t helping your pain… there’s usually a reason.

It’s not that your body is “tight” or “stubborn.”
It’s that your nervous system is still protecting the area.

Traditional massage works great for relaxation and general tension — but sometimes it’s not specific enough to change the pattern that’s keeping the pain around.

That’s where things like RAPID NeuroFascial Reset come in.

RAPID NFR uses targeted pressure combined with movement to create a stronger conversation with the nervous system not just the muscle.

When that happens:
• the brain can stop guarding the area
• tension starts to release
• movement feels easier

It’s not about more pressure… it’s about a different approach.

If you’ve tried massage and didn’t get the results you wanted, it might not be the wrong treatment — just the wrong strategy.

Bodywork for Pain Relief. Rapid NFR.

Exciting things are happening over the next 4 days!

I believe in Rapid NeuroFascial Reset so much that I choose to invest my time and money to learn everything they have to offer over and over. I’m happy to report that by May 27th of this year I will have completed just that, every class they offer.
This education has been life changing for me and my clients and I have grown so much in my 19 years of service. It really was the missing piece for me.

How is Rapid different than most manual therapies?

All manual therapies work with the nervous system whether people realize it or not.
Every time you’re touched, your body sends signals to your brain, and your brain decides the response — pain decreases, muscles relax, or movement improves.

Pain isn’t in the tissue… it’s how the brain is interpreting what’s happening.

Most techniques send general input.

RAPID is more specific.

It targets areas rich in nerve endings like fascia and combines pressure with movement to create a stronger response.
When that happens, the body can calm pain signals, reduce protective tension, and restore easier movement.

Because fascia is so connected to the nervous system, changes can happen quickly — and actually stick.

Bottom line: All manual therapies work with the nervous system — RAPID just speaks its language more directly.

Are you unsure if Rapid NeuroFascial Reset can help your current pain? Are you struggling with plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, back pain, knee pain, migraines, sciatic pain or TMJ?
Have you tried multiple things and nothing seems to be helping? Are you interested in trying something new?
If you have answered yes to any of these, then give Rapid NeuroFascial Reset a try.
It’s different than a regular massage, it’s intentional bodywork working with your nervous system to create positive changes and relieve pain. No oil involved, no getting undressed, just direct pressure with movement.
