Here’s an idea of a great workout you can do at home! No equipment needed. Only 12 minutes of your time👏🏼

How it works:
There’s 6 rounds. Each round is 2 minutes.
At the start of each round, do 10 burpees, 15 sit-ups, and then air squat for the remaining time of that 2 minutes.

Being snowed in doesn’t mean we can’t get active! Tag us in your stories if you do it 🔥

Control your s**t!

We see tons of people with lower back pain that shows up anytime there's a hinge pattern in a workout, and most of the time that issue is coming from lack of control/awareness of what their lower back is doing and what it should be doing

Try this isometric exercise out and see if you can feel where the work I'd coming from
