Lieutenant Brian Ray Hoke, US Navy SEAL, 1996-2016
KIA 10/21/2016 with militants from the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria near Jalalabad, Nangarhar Province, Afghanistan. He was a member of the Special Activities Division of the Central Intelligence Agency after he left the Navy in 2002.

Lieutenant Hoke paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. We are eternally grateful for his sacrifice. May he rest in peace. 🇺🇸🦅

Wrapping up our Q3 2025 patient experience awards at AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach!
Dr. Corbit won the patient experience champ award with a 96.25 mean score and 98%ile rank, strong work, Dr. Corbit! Since the inception of this award 4 quarters ago, Dr. Corbit has won the champ award each time! She is the only person to have done this so far across all our sites!

Dr. Jose Rosado won the most improved with a 5-point increase in mean score and 39%ile increase in rank, up to the 59%ile! Way to go, Dr. Rosado!

We are so proud and appreciate you both for everything you do for your patients and enhancing their experience!

Next stop was at AdventHealth DeLand for our Q3 2025 patient experience awards!
Katie Dyer, APRN, won the patient experience champ award with a 95.79 mean score and 97%ile rank, strong work, Katie! She won most improved last quarter so to see her go from most improved to champ is something to be very proud of!

Dr. Allyson Best won the most improved with a 15-point increase in mean score and 90%ile increase in rank, up to the 95%ile! Way to go, Dr. Best!
